At Soul Gifting Sacred Spaces services are provided virtually or if you reside in the Lehigh Valley, PA vacinity services can be offered in person. We can customize a plan for you to fit your desired needs.

Talk Therapy

$100 per session
We will set up mutually agreed upon sessions weekly. Each session is 50 minutes and will be personally designed. This is your time to share and have me hold space for your growth.

Guided Meditation and Yoga

$90 per session
Each session is 70 minutes and includes a guided mediation. This session can be offered virtually or in person. Gentle movement through Asana’s to help quiet the mind and allowing you to meet yourself on the mat. This plants the seeds of self realization for transformation off of the mat. This is for all levels and abilities! Each session is custom made.

Reiki Session

$85 per session

Each session is 60 minutes in length. During this intuitive reiki session your chakras will be balanced and any insights that come will be shared. Sometimes even after we talk about contrasting energies in our lives the residual energy remains. A Reiki session is a beautiful way to move out what remains. Distance Reiki is also an option. Aromatherapy can be added to this experience for in person sessions, please inquire if you are interested.

Life Coaching

$175 per session
